Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of ReachTok (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ReachTok provides software tools for discovering creators/leads, managing outreach campaigns, connecting sender accounts, and tracking replies. Features may change as we improve the product. Third-party platforms (such as TikTok) are not controlled by us and may change, throttle, or restrict access at any time.

2. Accounts and workspaces

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and workspace.
• Workspace owners are responsible for invites, roles, and content stored in the workspace.

3. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy, applicable laws, and the terms of any third-party platforms you connect. You may not use the Service for spam, harassment, deception, scraping that violates platform rules, or any unlawful purpose.

4. Plans, trials, and billing

• The Free plan is intentionally limited (including daily limits). We may change Free limits with notice.
• Paid plans (Starter and Growth) are billed in advance on a recurring basis via our payment processor.
• Custom plans are agreed separately in writing or by email with our sales team.
• Fees are generally non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy or required by law.
• We may suspend access for failed payments or policy violations.

5. Customer content

You retain ownership of content you upload or generate in the Service (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to operate the Service for you. You represent that you have the rights needed to use Customer Content with the Service.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, branding, and underlying software are owned by ReachTok and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our IP to you.

7. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party products (authentication, payments, social platforms, proxies, email infrastructure). Your use of those products may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for outages, policy enforcement, or account actions taken by third parties.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DO NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERABILITY, REPLIES, CREATOR RESPONSE RATES, CONTINUED AVAILABILITY OF ANY PLATFORM INTEGRATION, OR THAT CONNECTED SENDER ACCOUNTS WILL REMAIN IN GOOD STANDING WITH THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REACHTOK WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or risk to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by nature should survive will survive.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with an updated date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
